Version 2.0 of Rexx/Wrapper
Release Notes: This version allows for the generation of a Win32 GUI program, with an optional console if required. regina-config and/or rexxtrans-config scripts are now used on Un*x platforms to more accurately determine the libraries used for the linked Rexx interpreter.
