Release Notes: The browser compatibility chart has been updated.
Release Notes: Support for Safari has been added.
Release Notes: This version adds support for dimension limits, removes code that was supposed to speed up processing, but that modified a layer's real position instead of limiting its placement to a certain area, and removes the usage of regular expressions and adds some custom parse routines instead, this to prevent to have to handle the different regexp implementations and to speed up general calculations. It adds support for Konqueror 3.x and now correctly obtains the dimensions of the available window size, taking scrollbars into account.
Release Notes: Added code to supported loading of external sources for the recent versions of Mozilla. Fixed code oversight about storing previous windows dimensions.
Release Notes: This release includes 'moving and resizing' and 'nested layers' sections, a browser chart for Linux and Windows with a Mac chart on the way, a CSS stylesheet for the browserchart table, customized table generation routines to support table columns without any width attribute, changes to the file extensions to be .html by default, conversion of png images to formats that are fully supported by Netscape 4.x, and a preface.
Release Notes: Rapid successive resizes are now prevented from overlapping processing of resize hooks and thus wrongly positioning the layers. This was mostly a problem when opaquely resizing windows in Netscape. This version now supports Opera when it identifies itself as other browsers. showProperties() has been moved from rl_utility.js to rl_debug.js. Mac IE 4.x has been excluded from the supported browsers. The dynamic loading of external sources files has been adapted in order to make it work under Macintosh IE5.
Release Notes: This release includes a new events example, adds new screenshots and an adapted Center to Handle, adds descriptions for the new getters, renames the absolute getters to conform with version 0.9.3, and updates the reference to be in sync with the changed features in version 0.9.3.
Release Notes: This release adds an example about event handling, provides default values for the definition of the available area, makes the argument optional, and adds some bugfixes.
Release Notes: This release works around a Netscape 4.x bug that makes the browser crash if the background image of a layer is set immediately after a resize. Unnecessary positioning was optimized even more. A bug in which a layer's external content didn't properly update after a resize was fixed. Auto-height calculation was updated to remain correct after a resize in Mozilla. The extendMethod() function was changed to support the way recent Mozilla snapshots return the source of an already defined function. An unnecessary positioning of child and dependent layers was removed. The automatic calculation of width and height is now correct.
Release Notes: Initial release of the seperate documentation package.
