Release Notes: This release allows you to limit the number of connections members of specified groups can have to ircds (outbound and inbound are calculated as 1 total). This should help reap away abusive users that attempt to hide multiple bots under 1 PID.


Release Notes: A workaround for a bug that causes ps to return a UID instead of a uname even when uname is requested has been implemented. Some leftover debugging code was also removed.
