Release Notes: The last official release of RageIRCd that was intended for general use in a production environment was version 1.5.2, taken from the Pandora branch. Literally four years later, the authors have at last released the first major version from the new RageIRCd v2.0 platform, codenamed Bluemoon. This release is a major achievement for the RageIRCd project, and the authors would like to thank everyone who participated.
