Release Notes: This release improves the compatibility of the FTP applet with FTP servers running on the Windows platform.

Release Notes: A license change allows you to download the applet free of charge. A redesign of the progress monitor has led to a significant speed increase. The progress monitor itself has become more informative.

Release Notes: This version includes several improvements to the way that directory listings are retrieved. The first and foremost is that you can now switch on or off the use of the "-al" option of the FTP ls command. The directory listing now includes information about the target of symbolic links. A new method, isSymlink(), has been added to make it easier to determine if a file is a symbolic link.

Release Notes: This FTP client can now be used to delete non-empty directories, although this feature is disabled by default. Another new feature is the ability to switch the display of hidden files on or off.

Release Notes: This release adds support for retrieving the permissions of directories or files as a numeric value, a feature that was missing in previous versions (even though SITE CHMOD was supported).

Release Notes: This release makes several improvements to the FTP client, including better handling for multi-line responses. Compatibility with servers running on the Windows platform has been improved on the whole. It does a better job at testing for lost connections.

Release Notes: A minimalistic Web-based FTP client has been built around the PHP FTP class that can be used as a starting point for integrating FTP support into existing projects.

Release Notes: Uploads (and downloads) can now be cancelled at the data gathering stage before the transfer begins. The data gathering process can be time consuming when several thousand files are to be downloaded.
