Release Notes: This release only has a CLI, but needs testing so that vastly extending the feature set can proceed. The base system uses threads when running external programs. The base system should be far more reliable, as well as easier to debug and easier to extend. The CLI has been similarly rewritten. There is now a logging system to help users and developers.
