Release Notes: This release provides many large feature updates over the 0.2.x series. These include an all-new plug-in system with rewritten plug-ins, a vastly more stable library, and the integration of previously optional features (such as image timestamping) directly into the core.

Release Notes: This release improves greatly upon 0.3.0-beta2 by fully implementing features and requirements needed for the 0.3.0 release. These included a fully-functional plug-in system, a consistent means of handling and manipulating C strings throughout the application, and updated plug-ins to match the new internal system (inspired partly by Pidgin).
