Release Notes: This release has little bugfixes, code cleanups, and feature enhancements regarding the ICQ module, netrouter, qconfig and FQHN resolution. Improved error handling has been implemented.

Release Notes: This relese adds support for traffic shaping (still needs to be enhanced) and type of service, introduces minor bug fixes, and adds a 'dialog' based setup program.
