This release adds a brand new Aux-Send pseudo-plugin and direct-access plugin parameter slider, an audition/pre-listening MIDI file player, improved automatic time-stretching of audio clips on tempo-map changes, fixes for native Linux VST support and JACK-session support, an improved generic plugin form, MIDI-fx plugins support, a new audio bus/ports auto-connect option, and many more fixes and feature improvements.
Release Notes: This release marks the entrance into TYOQA age (The Year Of Qtractor Automation): audio/MIDI track and plugin parameter automation has been finally implemented. MIDI controller catch-up behavior is now featured. All zooming-in/out is now relative to views center. Audio gain and panning changes are now audibly smoothed. There are many other fixes and small improvements.

Release Notes: This is mostly a bugfix dot release. A problem was fixed in which audio clips were out of sync after changing loop points while playback is rolling with the play-head. The MIDI event list view was missing some selected items with the very same onset time, and this has been fixed. MIDI clip editor multiple selection has been fixed regarding move or paste-snapping consistency.

DSSI plug-in output control ports feedback and update has finally been implemented. JACK transport, MMC, and SPP control options have been added. Self-bounce and recording are now fixed.
