The selection mode of the upload list was changed to the extended mode. The correct port for incoming connections is now sent. Fixes were made for a FreeBSD compilation error, a wrong range calculation, the progress calculation for interrupted downloads, and a bug which caused 100% CPU usage when an existing file aborts.
