Release Notes: This release includes a "queue" plugin hook and moves the qmail-queue functionality to plugins/queue/qmail-queue, improves the Klez filter, and includes various bugfixes. The dnsbl plugin now queues lookups in the background upon connect but doesn't block for the results until they are needed, and check_badmailfrom and check_badrcptto plugins were added.
