Version 0.6.6 of qooxdoo

Release Notes: This release include a lot of bugfixes and improvements. Particularly, some IE7 issues have been fixed and the disposer code, which ensures qooxdoo applications are memory-leak free, has been made more complete. A “Quickstart” application has been added that runs out-of-the-box without the need to install any software. It is intended for users new to qooxdoo as one of the easiest ways to evaluate the framework and to play around with a simple application.
