Release Notes: Some minor bugs were fixed. New features include DLP support and Team Cymru Malware Hash Registry support.
Release Notes: Many changes were made, including the ability to quarantine high-scoring spam along with viruses and policy blocks, a new format for the quarantine-events.txt policy file, and normalization of strings to make pattern matching more consistent.
Release Notes: In this version, zip files are no longer deleted after unpacking to allow AV a better go at the original zip. It now has the option of blocking password-protected zip files ("--block- password-protected"). As almost all viruses forge the mail envelope, it now defaults to not alerting anyone. However, if the "block" occurred due to a policy reason (instead of an AV), then they are still notified.
Release Notes: This release now runs under its own account. This gives better security and is much easier to audit. This version also features better accounting records, as well as more pro-active content-filtering, in an attempt to stop novel viruses/trojans.
Release Notes: This version fixes some issues with SpamAssassin tagging, adds support for the RAV scanner, and alters some error messages.
Release Notes: This release supports SpamAssassin 2, there are configure improvements, NULL has been added to the list of chars to treat as hostile, there is shrink compression support, the "Clear" message can now include "scoring", there is sub-sender-cache.pl support, and documentation improvements.
Release Notes: Jumping from 1.03 to 1.10 to reflect internal changes, support for Command's AV scanner, support for SpamAssassin, support for Sophie/Trophie (GPLed daemonized version of Trend and Sophos scanners), and updating the --fix-mime option to block as viral any message containing LF chars in the headers (which will stop Badtrans and the like).
Release Notes: Initial support for F-Prot and Sophie (daemonized version of Sophos sweep), bugfixes, more languages support, tiny extra features to limit errors due to bad MIME messages, and more.
Release Notes: Added more sanity checks for insane conditions. Q-S will now exit with a temp error if it finds itself running the scanner loop for more than 20 minutes. That will catch broken virus scanners that are spinning around on wierd messages. Alerts to recipients are now limited to only local users. See "--local-domains" configure option. Better OS support, etc.
Release Notes: Non-Linux support for uudecode, a new feature "log-details" (this allows you to record via syslog or a CSV file details of each message as it passes through Q-S), Spanish support, and a test script "contrib/test_installation.sh" to test your Qmail-Scanner installs.
