Release Notes: This release fixes the pre-packed daemontools run scripts, qmail-verify zombies in certain cases, and quota settings for auth-pop and auth-imap.
Release Notes: qmail-reply will clear its reply database when the reply text changes. Case sensitivity in the file locals.cdb, which was failing on domain names with upper case characters, has been fixed. Sending HUP to the main qmail-send process also reloads all configuration files in qmail-lspawn.
Release Notes: A qmail-qmqpd bug which caused deferrals on slow links, a Linux-specific include in the passwd function, and the call to OPENSSL_free have been fixed. qmail-smtpd will no longer 550DISCONNECT on the RSET command. The correct file is read in rcpthosts.c.

Release Notes: Full SMTP AUTH support was added for PLAIN and LOGIN methods. LDAP SMTP recipient verification and LDAP SMTP sender verification were added. Unverified senders/recipients are rejected at the SMTP level with a 550 response. The IGNOREVERISIGN option was added to map Verisigns Sitefinder answers to the original NX_DOMAIN response. An SMTP cluster cookie was added for early detection of loopbacks if servers are beind NAT devices. RBL tagged messages in qmail-reply can now be ignored. An 550greeting option was added to reject SMTP connections right away. A couple of other minor bugs were fixed.
Release Notes: A new and better structured LDAP backend and major cleanup to make the code much more modularized and protable. Zlib compression for intra-cluster communication via QMQP. Full cluster awareness has been added to the POP-before-SMTP toolchain. mailgroup functionality with LDAP DN and filter members has been added in addition to normal RFC 822 email members. Full group sender verify and moderation options have been added with the new qmail-secretary program. Email header magic has been added to qmail-reply and qmail-secretary. This release breaks backwards compatibility for some configurations.
Release Notes: This release adds SMTP DATA compression with ZLIB. This gives significant bandwidth savings because email messages are textual and highly compressible. It also adds an option to reject executable content at the SMTP level to block self-replicating Windows viruses from entering the mail system and possibly infecting users, better SMTP SIZE parameter handling, better handling of 550 replies during initial qmail-remote connections, and a fix for an error in the Makefile for qmail-todo.
Release Notes: This release adds fixes for better POP3/IMAP session forwarding, pop-before-SMTP daemon cache duplicate entries, an RBL check bug, and a gcc bug on Sparc64 in digest_sha. It also adds better handling of initial 5xx messages in qmail-remote.
