          Release Notes: Mac OS X applications would have problems running, and all systems could have problems importing from setup.py in other applications. These problems were fixed.

            Release Notes: The major changes in this release are focused around cross platform compatibility. Windows and Linux are confirmed to work completely. Mac OS X has been confirmed to work by third parties. In addition, this release features API and documentation enhancements.
