    Release Notes: This release changes the wording of the error message in DecoratorLengthException and ArgumentLengthException, adds DecoratorStackingException, has a minor spelling fix in ArgvalidateErrorException's docstring, renames the internal OneOfTuple class to __OneOfTyple, adds stacking sanity checking code to __check_args and result_value, updates the documentation, and adds unit tests for stacking sanity checks.
