        Release Notes: This release fixes a bug that could lead a SCGI application server to lose connection with the Web server under certain circumstances like high loads. It is basically a stability fix.

            Release Notes: This version supports both Thread- and Process-based servers. There is now a factory function for easily instantiating each kind. A minor initialization problem was fixed.
