PyQwt

PyQwt is a set of Python bindings for the Qwt class library which contains widgets for scientific and engineering applications. It allows you to integrate PyQt, Qt, Qwt, the Numerical Python extensions, and optionally SciPy in a GUI Python application or in an interactive Python session.

    Release Notes: This release adds support for Qt v4.4, PyQt v4.4.2, SIP-4.7.6, and the new classes in Qwt v5.1.x. A bugfix makes meaningful subclassing of QwtPicker possible. Three advanced examples have been added.

      Release Notes: PyQwt has been upgraded to support Qt 4.3, SIP 4.7, and PyQt 4.3. The N-D array interface specification allows you to copy data out of NumPy arrays without enabling support for NumPy during the compilation of PyQwt. The use of PyQt/PyQwt widgets in an interpreter Python session is now also supported without the help of the GNU readline library. A huge memory leak in the conversion from an array to an image has been fixed.

          Release Notes: Support for Python 2.5, Python-SIP 4.5, PyQt 3.17, and NumPy 1.0 has been added.

            Release Notes: PyQwt now has support for the new NumPy extension, and the package structure has been reorganized so that this version can coexist with a future PyQwt-5 release for Qt-3 and Qt-4.
