Release Notes: The QSignalMapper, QWindowsXPStyle, QextScintillaLexerHTML, and QextScintillaLexerSQL classes were added. dir() of a PyQt class now returns all attributes. Several new example scripts were added.

Release Notes: The qtui module has been added, which allows Qt Designer .ui files to be loaded directly into an application without first needing to be converted to Python. Support has been added for Qt v3.1.2 and Python v2.3b1.

Release Notes: This release includes a greatly enhanced debugger. There are new example scripts demonstrating PyQt's SQL classes, the ability to extract Python code from Qt Designer files, and a completely re-written build system that is now identical under Windows and UNIX.
