    Release Notes: This release fixes a parsing bug which would result in sky conditions always being empty, and adds small code cleanups.

      Release Notes: Tested to work with Python 2.4-2.7. This release adds more testing functionality and extends the report dataset to include pressure in mmHg. It has switched to using RONN for man page generation.
