Release Notes: The main goals of this release were internationalization and localization support, multi-site support that allows a single installation to serve multiple Web sites, and revision controlled content.
Release Notes: Many things have changed since the last release candidate. There are some backwards-incompatible changes since RC2.

Plugins can have their own SQL tables, internal_pages, and stylesheets. internal_pages can be written in simpleTAL. internal_pages was rewritten to use CSS instead of tables. Manual encoding from the database was enhanced. Bugfixes were made in tinyTextile markup.
