Release Notes: Some pretty graphics were added to the main control panel window. Icons were added to the frozen Windows executables. The click-image format and quality (for JPEG only) are now configurable through the control panel. Some bugs with non-ASCII character input were fixed. The number of microseconds to click image filenames was added, since it is possible to have multiple clicks in one second, and it is not desirable to overwrite image files that already exist.

Release Notes: This release properly detects the location of the program, so relative log directories and ini/val file locations work properly. Previously it relied on the current directory being correct, which is not always true. Some pre-processing is done on settings read from the ini file to make sure directories and filenames are 'legal'. The about dialog has been beautified.
