          Release Notes: This release adds constants for all libcurl return codes. CURLOPT_FTP_SSL_CCC, CURLOPT_SSH_PUBLIC_KEYFILE, CURLOPT_SSH_PRIVATE_KEYFILE, CURLOPT_SSH_AUTH_TYPES, and CURLOPT_SSL_SESSIONID_CACHE have been added. The CLOSEPOLICY and SOURCE options have been removed, since they are now deprecated in libcurl. xmlrpc_curl.py on Python 2.5 has been fixed.

            PyCurl developers didn't find useful to support python 2.6 on windows (more than year after general release!). We will not use this library anymore
