Release Notes: Most of the program was rewritten from scratch and should work better, although a lot of rough edges still exist in the code.

Release Notes: A couple of annoying little problems have been fixed. When one runs pvs for the first time, none of the databases were be created, and no error was printed either. This has been fixed. Now, when downloading files, a progress bar is drawn and the download rate is also printed, together with the percentage. This finally enlightens the user on what's happening on huge downloads. A large number of memory leaks have also been fixed.
