Procurement Software

Procurement Software is a PHP script that is designed to facilitate the organization of vendor bids and bid projects. The script uses a MySQL backend, and comes with an easy installation wizard. Purchasing administrators create bid categories, and then the administrator or designers are able to assign vendors to each bid category. The bid project can be sorted based on price or quality of the vendor. Multiple bids can be held concurrently, and old bids are archived for later use.
