Release Notes: An important bugfix to the included OpenPBS patch that fixes "Job not running -- premature end of message" errors from the output of the qstat command and other bad behavior from OpenPBS. It also includes a small number of other minor bugfixes, some code cleanup, and minor updates for OpenPBS 2.3.2pl8.
