Pro Forma

Pro Forma is a GUI tool that lets you fill out forms on your computer like you would with a typewriter. It's clever in the way that it can look at a document, find blank spaces where you're likely to type, and put a textbox there for you to type in, sitting right on top of the line. It's quick to learn and easy to use, and produces nice looking output.

Release Notes: This version now works with EPS files instead of bitmaps, so there are no more 100MB print jobs. There are also lots of bugfixes, support for multiple fonts, viewing at different DPI, and adjusting the heuristic used to find lines and boxes.

Right, if you want to create a form on top of an eps file you should select "File|New", then select the EPS file in the dialog that comes up (with title "Select blank form image").

        probelms with eps
I've no problem with example.form, but when I try to open example.eps or any other .eps file the answer is:
"This is not a ProForma form, or is a very old version of one, and I can't read it."
