Release Notes: Combinations/Permutations that had a bigger input list than our pre-cached size lookup (about 70) would incorrectly get a size of zero. Any list that has fewer combinations/permutations that the max unsigned int on your system will work now.

It just might have something to do with the fact that you didn't
        bother to submit it.

        0.911 is out
I don't know why this didn't get processed by freshmeat, but 0.911 (bugfix for 0.910) is out.

Slices of permuations and combinations would run to the full end of the sequence, instead of stopping at the end-of-slice stopping point.

replace 0.910 with 0.911 in the download link, or just go through the project homepage to get the newer version.
