Release Notes: This is a milestone release to support "NOMMU" microcontrollers. The new VM stub code was added to keep the API compatibility with the MMU kernel. Now, an application can work on the MMU and NOMMU kernel without changing its source code.

Release Notes: Dynamic Voltage Scaling (DVS) with the Pentium M processor is supported. It reduces CPU power consumption without significant performance degradation. The CPU voltage monitoring tool and DVS demo program have also been added. The default power policy was changed to "Power Save Mode".
