Release Notes: prestopoll.php was added to the package and admin-poll.phpw as recoded. New functions for filing the poll and generating the next poll were added. New constants against variables were implemented. A bug in the modify_config_file function was fixed, French support was deprecated, better change language support was added, and some bugs were fixed. This version is compatible with PHP 4 and 5.
