Release Notes: This release fixes the configuration so that PRepS will compile with GTK 2.4 and PostgreSQL 7.4. It has been updated to use the widgets that are new to GTK v2.4 if appropriate, and being compiled with GTK 2.4 (the code will still compile with GTK 2.2).
