Release Notes: Thread safety when evicting events to disk was improved. The IDMEF message version tag is handled, which will be used in upcoming libprelude versions. Support was added for newer GnuTLS 2.2.0 session priority functions: when the option is available, the user might specify TLS settings through the "tls-options" configuration entry. A possible crash upon destruction of a given client disk pool was fixed. Value verification for the scheduler options was corrected.

Release Notes: This release uses libev in place of the server-logic architecture. Libev introduction also fixes a rare issue where server-logic would not notice a dead connection. There is a new connection-timeout option governing the maximum number of seconds a client might take to authenticate (the default is 10 seconds). There is massive cleanup of the build process, and RELRO is enabled when possible. A number of potential race conditions in the reverse relaying code have been fixed. Reverse relaying performance has been improved.

Release Notes: This release fixed a problem where when many messages are processed, heartbeat emission could be delayed. The scheduler is now more fair when certain message priorities are not available for processing and a messages with the same priority are now processed in the correct order when disk buffers are used. Corrupted disk buffers are now detected. New sched-priority and sched-buffer-size configuration options were provided. An issue where the multiple relaying plugin instance would only forward messages to a single Manager was fixed

Release Notes: This release makes threshold act like a real threshold: pass every Nth events in the defined amount of seconds. It allows mixing Limit and Threshold. It does not share the thresholding hash across thresholding plugin instances: previously, the shared hash would result in strange thresholding plugin behavior if you had several instance of thresholding loaded. Various bugfixes concerning plugin instance unsubscription (unsubscription of certain plugins was not triggered).

Release Notes: An initial implementation of the "thresholding" plugin was added, allowing you to suppress events after a certain limit or threshold. Filters hooking to a reporting plugin are now OR'ed instead of being AND'ed (AND is already possible by hooking one filtering plugin with another). Error reporting was improved. Minor bugs were fixed.

Release Notes: A startup problem was fixed. This problem occurred on systems with different addresses of different families, and caused the addresses to be mapped to the same IP. A fix was made for systems using the GnuLib poll replacement modules. The module was broken when used in conjunction with server socket. Various portability fixes were made, so this release should compile and run on Mac OS X out of the box.
