Release Notes: Releases 1.23 through 1.25 contain an implementation of the Gale New World Order (http://gale.org/revolution/nwo). Several user interface improvements were made. A global status pulldown and idle tracking have been implemented. Return now sends a message instead of inserting a newline character. Many bugs have been fixed.
