Release Notes: Minor bugs were corrected, and RPM packages were created.

Release Notes: Experimental code to integrate Ghostscript without the special gs* printer interface scripts that were used formerly has been added. "ppop status" has been improved to display messages for the most common problems reported by printer interface programs.

Release Notes: New additions include a "ppop last" command, an "snmp_status_interval=" option for TCP/IP interfaces, a new printer status tracking system, support for Xinetd in the install script, a Job Title field in printlog, audio files for spoken messages about jobs and printers, more friendly messages for printer commentary, and more example commentary and responder scripts.
