PostArabic
PostArabic adds Arabic shaping functionality to the PostgreSQL database. The module is written in C and adds the following functions to PL/SQL: shape_arabic(), unshape_arabic(), and utf8dump().

Release Notes: This release adds the bidi_reorder() function that provides better results than str_reorder() for numbers embedded in Arabic text. In addition, it fixes a build problem on Linux where libarabic.dll was referenced in arabic.sql instead of arabic.so.

Release Notes: Immutable functions allowing index creation have been added. A spec file has been added, and an RPM for SuSE Linux 8.2 is available. The Windows installer creates an uninstaller.
