Release Notes: A new database schema, a new AJAX interface, numerous scalability enhancements, bugfixes, and a better behaving install script mark just a few of the changes this release brings.
Release Notes: Major internal restructuring was done, including enhanced queue management, the ability to format larger input files, and better job reporting. User visible changes were mostly made on the queue management and job reporting pages. Better administrative support was added.
Release Notes: In the year since the last release there have been many bugfixes, a change to the back-end database, support for binary input files, subdirectories in job output, and much more. The infrastructure is undergoing extensive changes in order to support more complex programs such as phred and phrap.
Release Notes: This release includes a large number of bugfixes and infrastructure additions to facilitate job restart and workflow enactment. The Pise pipes facility has been greatly enhanced, including the <withpipe> tag feature.
Release Notes: This is strictly a bugfix version; there are no new features. Many warnings have been cleaned up, from uninitialized variables to improper array passing.
Release Notes: This is the third attempt to create a working release with an install script. The last two releases were plagued with copy and paste errors. This release is strictly a bugfix release that has been tested in a production environment. There may still be residual problems from the 0.8.8 to 0.8.9 transition that included the first install script and moved several directory locations. Please give this release a try.
Release Notes: This is a mostly bugfix release with a few feature enhancements and a configurable timeout period for session management. The new install script has seen some work too.
Release Notes: This release has an install script. It only works on Red Hat-based OS installations, but it is a start. There are also some renamed directories and symlinks. An upgrade option for the install script will be included in the next release.
Release Notes: Some bugfixes, but the big item is Sun Grid Engine support. The portal can now be a frontend for a ROCKS cluster. The session management still needs work, but is stable and not too resource intensive.
Release Notes: This release includes incomplete support for SGE. The SGE wrapper.pl script included in the download is configured for MPICH, as it was developed on a ROCKS cluster. There is now audit logging. There is some limited session management to reduce load on the database server. The extra menu items are generated using an XML file. This version is compatible with IE7.
