PolarBlog

PolarBlog is an easily configurable, full featured Weblog system that runs with PHP's register_globals OFF and safe_mode ON and is E_STRICT compliant. The commenting and trackback systems feature IP banning, keyword blocking, and real-time spam (RBL) IP blocking. All output validates as XHTML 1.1 Strict and CSS2 compliant. The installation process supports both new installations and migrations from Personal Weblog.
