Release Notes: This release adds support for media streams on regular A/V devices (i.e. non-PC). It adds support for controlling the system with infrared remotes. The DCE Message class now has a constructor to take parameters in "Command Line" format and there is a new StringUtils to convert a string to CommandLine args. m_NeedRedrawVarMutex was added to Orbiter to protect m_vectTexts_NeedRedraw and m_vectObjs_NeedRedraw. This version also restarts orbiter(s) after the regen(s) are finished.
