Release Notes: Added irq16 vector to the init_monitor() call. If you pass a 0, no irq16 redirect handler is installed. Irq16 is the APIC IPI interrupt, which is used on multiple processor compiles of Linux (SMP). Also fixed the previous interrupt bug.
