Pixen is a sprite art program with many unique features. It is designed expressly for pixel art. To this end, it features extensive palette management and palette-swapping tools, a highly configurable grid overlay, a full complement of drawing tools, 'crosshairs' for ensuring proportion and straight lines, isometric line locking, extremely configurable backgrounds (for testing a sprite against various colors or images), and a full implementation of layers.

Release Notes: This release adds bicubic and scale2x scaling algorithms, a "Gradient Builder" to the palette chooser, tooltips to the color palette, filter support, a new, prettier look for the color palette, a pattern-drawing function to the pencil, line, and eraser tools, and another property panel for the right tool. It fixes the line tool so that you can use the eyedropper when pressing option, instead of it locking to center. It adds a "set this palette as default" option, so you can use a default palette other than "Crayons", and optimizes drawing some more.
