PIE - Property Investment Evaluation
The PIE project aims to provide real estate investors with a Web-based tool for evaluating potential rental properties. This is ideal for the Web sites of real estate agents or investor clubs.

Release Notes: Bugfixes: additional loans were not added; the loan amount was incorrect in the summary report; the report was not cycling through all loans; loans with 0% interest were not calculating.

Release Notes: A total rewrite of the user interface to qooxdoo 0.8. The interface and components are resizeable. Cash investment is calculated using the purchase price (loan amounts instead of down payments). Loans are added and removed dynamically. A help system has been integrated. Better bargraph appearance in IE. This release removes config.js and cleans up the structure for relative paths. Summary number format has changed to have no decimal digits. Due to issues with IE and PDF files, only JPEG images will be supported.
