Phrame
Phrame is a Web development platform for PHP that is based on the design of Jakarta Struts. It provides a basic Model-View- Controller architecture, and adds standard components such as HashMap, ArrayList, and Stack.

Good thing for PHP developers
If you ask me, this is a very good thing for PHP developers. It gives you the advantage of being able to create a very structured web application in PHP instead of a bunch of scripts tied together.
It also provides you with a very nice way to separate code and design.
