Release Notes: This release adds support for PHP 5.x, improved error messages on memory problems or PHP timeouts, permissions of backup files set to 0700 instead 0777, an improved gzip algorithm, "simple mode" without configuration and sql-queries tabs, support for zipped files in shell mode, support for backing up all tables in shell mode, support for different character sets, an improved generator for the scheduled backup scripts, and backups of directories zipped in one file by email.

Release Notes: Now all MySQL users can use the same installation for their MySQL backups. Many improvements and bugfixes were made.

Release Notes: The speed of the import function was increased and its memory demands were decreased (only for gzip and SQL files). The speed of SQL queries was increased. New features include a system variable to backup all existing databases in scheduled backups and a favicon for Mozilla Firefox users. Upgrading is especially recommended if you sometimes have problems with backup imports.

Release Notes: The FTP delete function was improved so that it no longer leaves old backup files on the FTP server. A bug with null values in the backup function was fixed. The email function was improved to fix a problem with some mail servers. All selections made on the backup and schedule backup pages are stored in the system variables now. System variables can be viewed and edited on the configuration page. If settings were lost in global_conf.php they will automatically be reset now.

Release Notes: Detailed system information is shown on the "start" page. Multi server mode is now usable with the "single db" attribute for all servers. date.dat is no longer required. Accesskeys were added for the menu items (alt+key). The ability to upload .gz files and .zip files (but only those ZIP files created by phpMyBackupPro) on the "sql_queries" page was added. System variables were added for storing non-configurable settings and system status values. A debug mode for scheduled backup mode was added. If more than one db is available, "CREATE DATABASE IF NOT EXISTS ..." will be added to the backup files.

Release Notes: A bug with null values was removed. A bug with ZIP compression was fixed. Execution times are now more precise. Rows in lists are now highlighted. A new design was created with a logo, images, and a new stylesheet. New features include recursive directory backups, separation of directory backups from MySQL backups to an FTP server, and support for MySQL tables with foreign keys.

Release Notes: This release adds a new and better email function, minor bugfixes, improved documentation, faster loading of pages, a date.dat which is generated automatically, management of accounts on several servers, recursive directory backups, and directory backups which are separated from MySQL backups to the FTP server.

Release Notes: SQL queries were improved. A shellmode bug was fixed. A backup bug from 1.2 was fixed. An empty ALL DB bug from 1.2 was fixed. DB info page SQL queries were improved. Handling of NULL values was improved. Shell mode was improved with new features, including download links at the import page, the possibility to mail backups to several email addresses, directory backup functions, and HTTP authentication as an alternative login method.
