Release Notes: Updating department visibility was not updating the operator visibility is now fixed. There are additional incoming chat request sound notifications. There is mail header UTF charset along with UTF character support for mail subject. Language packs have been restructured, as some areas required multiple language pack inclusion. Constants have been changed to variables. Chats that have not been accepted will not be stored to the transcripts. A bug in the "is typing..." notification for multi-language characters in the operator or visitor names has been fixed.


Release Notes: The sound on/off on the operator console now affects the incoming chat request sound alerts. When the console sound is turned off, the entire operator console window will now flash. Obtaining the IP of the visitor has been moved to a centralized API function for systems that does not rely on $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR']. The new HTML code has been adjusted and optimized along with w3 compliance and the hover chat icon feature. A few missing country flags for the GeoIP addon are included. Adjustment for WordPress integration.


Release Notes: Initiate chat was revamped, correcting possible JavaScript compatibility issues on some sites. The social media links are now department specific. The setup area interface was updated. The generate HTML code has couple more code options. The installation script has been updated to address possible issues on Windows servers with slash characters (/n, /t, etc.) in the directory path. An admin tool has been added to monitor operator online status.


Release Notes: Initiating a chat (proactively) is now enabled. An option to turn sound notification on or off has been added. PHP Live! no longer relies on PHP Session handlers. Various UI enhancements were made with tooltips. Detailed footprint traffic data can be viewed. Detection of mobile devices on a traffic monitor can be done. The installation script was updated for more easily readable configuration files. Other various bugfixes and updates were made.


Release Notes: This release adds social media profile links to chats (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), revamps the chat transfer routine, adds a new theme, updates error reporting in various areas, has 100% SSl compatibility, updates the UI to be compatible with most devices, auto-reconnects if the operator console disconnects, has a list of current active chats, adds language packs, and more.
