Release Notes: This release switches the use of cookies on/off on the visitor window for EU cookie regulations, sounds an alert if the operator console could not reconnect, updates a few auto cleaning areas to improve server load, updates a few files for system optimization, makes a few areas no longer rely on cookies for chat functionality, and updates the login screen form names to "phplive_login" and "phplive_password" for better compatibility with various authentication software.


Release Notes: A feature for resetting GeoIP is now available. The image: canned command was fixed. An op2op chat refresh issue was fixed. An operator to operator decline loop that occurred if a chat was not accepted by the other operator was fixed. Random missing chat response lines were fixed with a revamp of chat session files handling. The operator console UI is now fully compatible with the iPad and other touch devices. Previously, certain tabs were not opening and there were a few UI quirks. The installer's MySQL check and various other potential issues were fixed.


Release Notes: This release has new chat request SMS alerts, adds the timestamp to the chat session, and can enable/disable the SMS feature per operator. It has access to the operator settings (themes, sounds, etc.) from the console, the ability to enable/disable the Desktop Notification once it has been activated, and name sorting of canned responses for the operator console. It expands the operator console default window size.


Release Notes: This release makes operators receive a Desktop Notification popup alert for new chat requests (Google Chrome and Firefox are supported), restructures the system to be IPv6 ready, fixes a bug on the Firefox browser which caused spell checking not to work properly, enables/disables view of an IP address per operator, optimizes the DB queries for improved performance, adds the ability to enable/disable the realtime chat icon status image update, and adds various security fixes.


Release Notes: Updating department visibility was not updating the operator visibility is now fixed. There are additional incoming chat request sound notifications. There is mail header UTF charset along with UTF character support for mail subject. Language packs have been restructured, as some areas required multiple language pack inclusion. Constants have been changed to variables. Chats that have not been accepted will not be stored to the transcripts. A bug in the "is typing..." notification for multi-language characters in the operator or visitor names has been fixed.
