Release Notes: This release fixes a major flaw that allows anyone to get information about subscribers. It is strongly advised that users upgrade to this latest release. Some other smaller bugs have been fixed and some small feature enhancements have been added.

Development has started towards admin localisation and the use of the popular "phpmailer" class for sending. Importing from a different PHPlist installation has been added.
