Release Notes: This release focuses mostly on improved language independence. It has been translated into a few more languages, and a few minor improvements have been made.

Release Notes: A security bug in index.php that was introduced in version 1.2 was fixed. This allowed a user to view any file in the phphitman directory. You should upgrade if you happened to download version 1.2 in the 6 hour period between its release, and this release.

Release Notes: PHP HitMan now has hidden counters. There has been some restructuring of the HTML templates, and the INSTALL documentation was updated.

Release Notes: A bug where the counter could not be used in directories outside the phphitman directory has been fixed.
