Release Notes: This release adds search capabilities, the ability to delete tickets, a view of how many tickets are opened and how many of those are opened to the logged in user, and some additional reporting features. There are small bugfixes and code enhancements.

Release Notes: Several internal changes were made. scripts/addjob.scp.php was modified so that when a user adds a ticket, an email will be sent to the address specified by $s_email. Unrestricted access to the helpdesk can be granted by using the s_isroot variable. This release also includes a bugfix for scripts/adddepartments.scp.php.
Release Notes: The adduser script has been modified so that the forms take the user to the correct location.
Release Notes: Added features consist of a few fields to 'security' and 'ticket', a computer ID field (so you can track the number of times a computer is serviced), a reports section, upgrade scripts, and some style sheets to make it look nice. The time fields have been modified so that the time is 'human' readable. The "assigned to" field is now visible during View Jobs. The "Add Parts" section now adds and subtracts correctly. Some alterations have been made to the config file to accommodate those who were having problems using a virtual host. The "Date Opened" field now sorts correctly. An attempt was made to fix the cookie problem.
Release Notes: This release contains some code cleanup, the addition of a "Mail To Assigned User" on Add Job form, a bug fix before the INSERT query on the Add Job form, and the addition of a logout link.
Release Notes: A completely different permission system, the ability to have users in serperate departments/companies, a parts database that is also used as an inventory, events associated with each job/ticket now, time spent on each event, parts that are associated with each event, a parts price associated with each ticket, user preferences, a reworked add job section so that a newly added job will not be assigned to anybody, and many code cleanups.
