PHP Helpdesk is an online helpdesk program for use in organizations with multiple sister companies or departments. It features user management, department/company management, category management, adding jobs/trouble tickets, managing a parts database (great for keeping track of inventory), events that are associated with each job, user preferences, different job views, accounting for duration of time spent on each event, prices for parts added to the job, and a printable version of the ticket for accounting purposes. Also, it has reporting features that show min, max, and average response times and completion times. The reporting feature also provides a category breakdown in percentages.
