            Release Notes: Bugs with email messages not being sent with bug changes were fixed. The gettext implementation was fixed. The reporter selection when creating a bug was fixed. Some loose ends from the smarty transition were cleaned up.

            0.9.1 would not work. Upon adding a project, get errors about putting too much info into a var(10) field.
