Release Notes: This release includes a major rewrite of some parts of the code, mainly to the generated scripts. It fixes/implements multiple file uploads, adds a mandatory option for field, and removes multiple foreign keys (which was just a very bad implementation).

Release Notes: A feature for saving and restoring table configurations was added. "register_globals" is not used any more, and should now be off. Other minor updates were made.
